Using our sourcing and procurement methodology, our team will review, formalise or finalise your organisation's sourcing and procurement strategy. The final strategy might be one of insourcing, outsourcing, co-sourcing or a hybrid that might include stages such as:

• Open or close tender

If your requirements are well defined our team will execute your existing sourcing processes to recommend or select products, solutions or services. We can help identify your needs (requirements) and identify suppliers that can deliver.

We can advise you or negotiate on your behalf, manage the contract or recommend what we perceive to be the most appropriate action.
