Governance

Our IT Governance services are designed to:

• assess the current IT Governance;
• be an, integral, independent member of your IT/IS Governance Structure;
• develop and implement the appropriate structure and processess for your IT/IS Function; or
  • develop and implement monitoring and reporting structure to provide visibility.

Our team will:

• on a temporary or permanent basis be your Virtual or On Site CIO (Chief Information Officer);
• provide independent assurance over large or significant investments or initiatives;
• participate as independent steering group member;
• manage events following a security breach or successful hack attack;
• undertake Technology Assessments such as performance, security, usability; or
• conduct Systems Go-Live Readiness prior to transitioning from project to business as usual mode.
