Following a risk assessment or review of your existing risk register, we aim to gain clear understanding of the Recovery Time Objective (how quickly to restore) and Recovery Point Objective (how much data can be lost). Based on those to elements our team will:
- Develop your organisation's Disaster Recovery Plan using your Business Continuity Plan or implement a Risk-and-Control approach
- Review your existing plan and identify any areas for improvement to meet your goals
- Plan realistic Disaster Recovery testing scenarios, coordinate the testing and assess the plan's effectiveness
Following and incident such as data integrity, application failure, performance impact our team is available to help you restore to normal operations. Our team will oversee your recovery and document changes to your systems and processess to help prevent future incidents.
