Our IT Governance services are designed to: - assess the current IT Governance;
- be an, integral, independent member of your IT/IS Governance Structure;
- develop and implement the appropriate structure and processess for your IT/IS Function; or
- develop and implement monitoring and reporting structure to provide visibility.
Our team will: - on a temporary or permanent basis be your Virtual or On Site CIO (Chief Information Officer);
- provide independent assurance over large or significant investments or initiatives;
- participate as independent steering group member;
- manage events following a security breach or successful hack attack;
- undertake Technology Assessments such as performance, security, usability; or
- conduct Systems Go-Live Readiness prior to transitioning from project to business as usual mode.
